Description: This project comprises a high specification industrial unit, factory and warehouse for a company producing electronic systems for industry. The building features an integrated two storey office facility, composite panel wall cladding and a curved roof with a standing seam system, barrel vault roof lights and a 10t travelling crane.

4. Trial Assemblies to ensure smooth erection of Steel building ( made of mild steel frame ) on project site:

Our plant is fitted out with large working areas for major assembly work of steel structures and oversized built-up components

In order to ensure the optimal installation of the steel structures on-site, trial assemblies of various and unique steel pieces with complex geometry forming part of a built-up component, are performed in the plant prior to their delivery to site.  In addition to validating the quality of the design, the compliance with engineering parameters and fabrication accuracy, these trial assemblies add great value for the client since they mean potential time and cost savings with regard to installation work on site.

To successfully carrying out trial assemblies of large steel components, our fabrication complexes have been fitted out with large production areas and state-of-the-art equipment as well as measurement method, which are integrated in Tekla Structures 3D software, thus ensuring the quality control of its products.

5. Packaging & Shipping for Steel building ( made of mild steel frame ) :

2) By sea for batch goods, for container or bulk-cargo ship, port receiving.

3) Customers specifying freight forwarder or negotiable shipping methods

4) All of the steel column& beams ends and plates will be packed by the blanket to protect them from the crash in the container during the shipment.

5) To make the loading and unloading more efficiently and saving the delivery cost, 40' OT is preferred to loading the steel frames.

6) All the wall and roof panels will be filmed by two sides and fixed stably in the 40HQ container.

7) All the windows and doors will be protected by the bubble rapping papers and fixed stably in the container.
