3. Project case- Egypt Structural Steel Pre-engineered Building, 4000 SQM:

The workshop is build in 2009, divided into three parts, include materials manage area, flour produce area and storage area, general total area is 4000 square meters. The workshop adopt portal frame, partly adopt three story frame structure; main steel structure is welded H steel, two coats mid―gray paint on surface for rust prevention, galvanized purlin, roof and wall is single steel sheet, shutter windows on the wall for ventilate.

With the annual output of 200, 000 tons. We have 10 fabrication facility lines equipped with CNC cutting, drilling and milling capabilities. We are staffed with skilled CWI, production planning teams, and experienced steel structure building fabricators and painters. Each of our plants has its own unique strengths and assets, which makes us the optimal choice for any type of steel structure building project or heavy / complex steel structure.

5. Packaging & Shipping for Steel building ( made of prefab steel ) :

2) By sea for batch goods, for container or bulk-cargo ship, port receiving.

3) Customers specifying freight forwarder or negotiable shipping methods

4) All of the steel column& beams ends and plates will be packed by the blanket to protect them from the crash in the container during the shipment.

5) To make the loading and unloading more efficiently and saving the delivery cost, 40' OT is preferred to loading the steel frames.

6) All the wall and roof panels will be filmed by two sides and fixed stably in the 40HQ container.

7) All the windows and doors will be protected by the bubble rapping papers and fixed stably in the container.
